Experience and skills are required if you rent this boat without skipper. Check-in saturday, return to port on Friday with last night included. Check-out Saturday morning 8AM. It is a spacious and very comfortable sailboat for a summer in Mallorca. With 4 cabins, convertible saloon and 2 bathrooms it has the capacity to host up to 8 people overnight. This makes it the perfect option for families and large groups for a fantastic sailing holiday. Its exclusive design of the living room, with a raised deck, offers a space spacious and bright with views. The north of Mallorca is one of the most beautiful and least exploited on the island: the bays of Alcudia and Pollensa, Cabo Formentor, Cala Agulla, Cala Ratjada or crossing to Menorca (20 miles) and discovering Ciudadela and its crystal clear coves. Avoid the anchorages and ports full of boats in the bay of Palma. With our Palma-Alcudia transfer service, in 40 minutes you will be sailing in one of the most beautiful areas of Mallorca.

Before booking, I asked the owner if my license will be accepted as I just got my license. He said he will check with his insurance. The offer was expiring, hence I still made the booking. One day before we would arrive at the boat (2 months after I asked him to check if my license will be accepted), the owner mentioned my license is not accepted. We had 2 options: 1. Cancel the boat, but as it is 1 day before, loosing our money. 2. Hire a skipper, which we did, with an additional EUR 1.200 costs. On top of that, the boat requires a lot of maintenance. The boat hasn't been sailing for a while. One of the things what limited us mostly is the use of the dingy. The outboard engine was so tight on the boat, we couldn't get it loose, which I reported to the guy who handed over the boat to us. We paid for it, but we couldn't use it, nor did we get money back. I wrote an official complaint by email to the owner of how our comfort is compromised, but the owner ignores the email, including reminders. The complaint was also sent to Click & Boat and they asked me to file a complaint, which ishandled by the Customer Care Service. I asked the owner to refund the cost for the dinghy, but he ignores that request. In short, if you rent this boat, be aware there is maintenance pending, expect things to be broken or will break during the trip and the owner won't reply during/after the trip if you have complaints. So Click & Boat is very slow with their responses and thus far without any results/reply after 2+ months.

We had a great week aboard this boat. Despite the age, super condition and very well maintained! We didn't have a single problem to notice. The welcome at Port d'Alcúdia was very warm and the contact person very helpful. Ideal location for cruising around Menorca or the northeast side of Mallorca.
DECEIVED AND SCAMMED. The sailboat was in terrible condition, we had to take bottles from the last ones who had rented it, wet and dirty exterior cushions, we paid €7.5 per set of sheets and they gave us a bottom sheet and a cushion cover, NO sheet, there are only 4 old sleeping bags to cover up in if it gets cold (ship shipped for 10), 2 coffee pots; both without a handle to catch them (broken). There are no charts, no sound equipment, the binoculars are old and broken, you can't see anything. Sail fatal at 18-20 knots barely reaches 5, hull (living work9 full of algae and crustaceans..... But the but comes now: The anchor did not work the first day, which forced me to go to the nearby port and pay an overnight stay that J. Miguel said he would pay me (€103), the third day the first water tank runs out, I give way to the next one (it assumes that it has 2 more than 150 l each) and no water comes out, there is a problem with the priming of the pump, a problem that I make Jacobo see when I check-out. We have to vary our route again, go to the nearest port and fill the only tank with which the pump draws water for €1.10 more. On the fourth day we ran out of gas during the preparation of breakfast when we went to change from the reserve one, IT IS EMPTY, we changed our route again to go for gas. (taxi + gas bottle = €25.55 + €22.95) The dinghy's outboard was very old, it didn't have any marks, when I tried it in port it started, but when I put it in the dinghy the first time and engaged the gear, no matter how hard you accelerated, the propeller didn't move. We could not use it any day €100 more scammed. Three days after delivering the boat I still had to call several times to demand that the deposit be returned to me and those extra expenses that I sent tickets and invoices for everything to J. Miguel and that he promised to pay me. The deposit is paid to me 4 days after returning the boat and the other expenses have not yet been paid to me when it has been more than 1 week since I returned the boat, IN ADDITION TO A SCAMMER, A LIAR. DO NOT rent with this character, I think he should pay me in addition to what he should compensate me for all the time lost and the headaches caused. And Click&Boat they don't even pick up the phone like J.Miguel
100% recommended experience, it is a very functional sailboat that meets the requirements, both the owner and the people in charge are very committed. We are very happy with the experience and would repeat without a doubt.
I was generally satisfied, it is not a new boat, what I was familiar with, but in a very acceptable condition. Would charter it again anytime.
The boat has seemed very comfortable and very spacious. We had a bow windlass problem for which immediate attention was offered. We would repeat without a doubt.
EXCELLENT voyage aboard the MARTINA. The boat, although a few years old, is in very good condition. Everything works perfectly and the support from both the shipowners and the technical team is unbeatable. I recommend this boat for a rental with 6 or 7 people. A 10.
