We had an excellent day on the boat for my wife's birthday, which was spoilt by the lack of professionalism and courtesy after we had disembarked. We believe that we did not leave Alicante with a full tank of fuel and that we therefore paid for the boat to be brought in from Santa Pola, which is where it is moored. We asked at the time and were assured the tank was full, sot we did not pursue further as the trip was a birthday treat. However, on return home we did raise it and asked for a receipt for the alleged Alicante fueling. We have been completely ignored for the last 7 weeks, despite me sending numerous e-mails, as have Click&Boat, and the owners refuse to engage at all, which I find unacceptable. My advice is do not get on this boat at all as any issues will never be resolved.
Highly recommended. We had a great day out on the Quicksilver boat, which had everything on board we needed for the day. Diego and Maria were excellent hosts and easy to speak with. Thanks both.

We had a very good day despite a slight start delay of an hour. On the other hand, we had the unpleasant surprise at the end when we were going to fill up with fuel. Diego had announced to us by email 100 to 120 euros for the return trip to the island of Tabarca and we had to pay 540 euros for fuel which of course is non-negotiable and deducted from the deposit which is paid in cash. We did not appreciate this way of doing things at all, which is not correct on his part.
