When we arrived at the boat hire shop we were told that click&boat hadn't transfered the full amount that we had paid and that we had to pay again. This led to us losing an hour of our 6 hour trip. Not a good start at all. Jaime (the boat owner) tried to go back on his word regarding the additional hires we had for the boat, in fact, the seabob that we ordered and paid 250 euros for an hour stopped working after 20 minutes, we didn't see any refund for this.... It has to be said that our captain Salvador made our entire trip amazing, had it not have been for him, the day would have been alot worse.
