Absolutely terrible. I feel scammed Absolutely terrible customer service and conditions of rental. We booked a boat from 10:00-16.30, as per the website and booking confirmation. The company accepted our booking and took the payment, but then told us that the rental is only 10:00-15:30. When I texted them they were rude and told me to read the description - which does not mention anything about the rental being for 5 hours only. I could not anything about this, because our booking was confirmed and I was not eligible for a refund anymore (less than 24 hours). In the end I had to accept it and could not do anything about this. Horrible! Never book with them again. I was speaking with Juan and it felt like I was speaking with a wall, just insisting on the 5 hour day, which was never made public before the booking took place

We went with a group of 6 we had an amazing time at sea! I would recommend.
The boat us only a year old and in very good condition. Cleanliness could have been imporved and it was fairly slow compared to other rentals I had in the same location. The advert offered a towable tube as equipment on board with a separate list of equipment available at a cost. The owners refused to accept that they had this item listed as already on board which meant no cost and wanted 50 euros. They also stated that it would not work as the boat us too heavy and slow anyway. The staff arranging the boat were really good and we're just passing on info the managers were telling them. Overall a very good day on a good new boat with improvements in advertising additional costs and cleanliness required.

These guys are awesome, they have all the extras ready(fridge, fishing rods etc) in case you need it. Jesus was friendly and very helpful, even when I forgot my ID and could not wait till the morning due to a flight. Good people, always smiling and know what they are doing!

Very good and fast communication for arranging, and soon the possibility for a speed boat! He was super nice and clean, got good explanations and advice about where we can spot dolphins! And certainly found, they swam with our boat!! ? In short: highly recommended!! ????
