The luxury wellness houseboat with yacht character offers enough space for up to 7 people on approx. 55 square meters of living space and a large roof terrace. It has 3 separate sleeping areas with a 140 cm wide double bed, a bedroom with a 140 cm wide double bed and an additional loft bed and another sleeping area with a bunk bed. All rooms have underfloor heating. A large closet wall and bed boxes provide additional storage space in each individual sleeping area. The fully glazed living area offers a panoramic view of the water. For more privacy or late risers, complete blackout is possible. A spacious bathroom with a large walk-in shower and direct access to the sauna with a view of nature invites you to spend cozy afternoons in the sauna. The sauna gas oven allows you to take a sauna on the water independently of shore power. The lake or the 335l fresh water tank provide cooling. The luxury houseboat also offers another guest toilet. The fully equipped, modern kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and oven and plenty of storage space can cater for your physical well-being. On the terrace, which you can reach via comfortable steps, there is a gas grill with a direct gas connection. This modern houseboat is equipped with 2 streaming-capable flat-screen TVs, one of which can be swiveled towards the living area, a WiFi router (included) and TV stick. Internet reception may vary depending on the location. The photovoltaic system provides additional power for other extras on board. The 90 hp inboard motor and the 1200 l petrol tank ensure driving fun. Bow thrusters make maneuvering in tight spaces easier.
