Beware of this provider: bad concept and bad communication. I have rented many boats worldwide, but I have never experienced anything like this. Let's start with the positive: the boat was fine. Nothing special, condition was ok, but nothing more. The small engine was surprisingly lively, it was fun to drive. We booked the boat for half a day from 9am to 1pm. Now to the negative: there was no real communication beforehand. So there was no indication to park. On site at the port, all parking spaces in the chargeable port car park were occupied. We were there at 08:40 and searched for 15 minutes. Unfortunately, the provider did not respond to our call. So we got out of the parking lot and looked elsewhere, then we finally got a call back with the information that you had to pass a hidden construction site in the parking lot, there were still parking spaces behind it. Why isn't there such a notice in advance? The harbor itself is divided into letters from A to I, also it was not announced in advance where the boat is. You had to ask yourself. We were finally at the boat at 9:10 a.m. and were not served, although we were seen. At some point someone who recorded the data came and after the briefing we could start at 9:30 a.m., with the statement that we still have to be back at 1 p.m., it would be our bad luck. For the fact that we weren't served right away and communicated so poorly, I find that pretty outrageous. But the great thing is that you have to refuel the boat yourself at the gas station in the harbour. Since the boat can also be rented by people without a license, I find it quite sporty. The petrol station is only open until 12:30 p.m. I'm sorry, what? I rent a boat until 1pm but need to have fuel by 12:30pm? The concept cannot work. In the end it took us half an hour at the gas station (queue and wait), that means we had three hours net of four hours of rent, which is a 25% loss and we couldn't go far because we had to be back in time to fill up. That is bitter. Why not offer half a day from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and then the customer should fill up without having to waste his time? At least that would be fair. There seems to be a greed for profit here. Incidentally, the gas cap was so tight that the gas station had to get pliers. what a joke Then we drove out to use the time until 1 p.m. Afterwards we had to hear that we had run out of fuel and that the next tenant wouldn't take over with a full tank? I'm sorry, what? We rented until 1 p.m. The employee said himself that the concept doesn't work out that way, but he can't help it and took another 10 euros from us. Wonder why I even tanked that. Even when booking you were not informed about this fact. I cannot recommend this provider and strongly advise against booking here. A pity… :-(
