Yacht charter in Cala Ratjada · Marine Time — 460 (2023)

The boat was lovely and we had a great day. Unfortunately the customer service let our experience down and we will be using a different service in future. I would recommend Misael speak to customers better in future and not take out his personal issues on them. It is not the customers fault they are busy nor do we know what you are doing when we ring, Maria asked us to call her and so we did, how are we to know she is ‘operating at the hospital’ (I’m not doctor but I wouldn’t want my surgeon answering calls during my surgery!) To then be accused of filming the conversation was laughable. We may be on holiday but it doesn’t mean our time is less important than yours, no problem with waiting- we were just told that Maria is at the office to take payment for the fuel and check out when we dropped the boat back off, when she wasn’t there after waiting 15 mins, we called. Giving 1 star for welcome and communication is generous.

Very nice experience, from Misael to his boat, everything was great!
