PRIVATE CRUISE TO THEODOROU AND GLARONISI ISLANDS Full Day Cruise Duration: 6 hours (9:00-15:00) Price: 500€ for up to 6 guests (not including fuel) (50€ for each additional guest over 11yo, up to 10 guests in total) Fuel Fee: 220€ (to be paid on board on the day of the tour) Half Day Cruise Duration: 4 hours (16:00-20:00 or 16:30-20:30) Price: 400€ for up to 6 guests (not including fuel) (50€ for each additional guest over 11yo, up to 10 guests in total) Fuel Fee: 220€ (to be paid on board on the day of the tour) Tour Description: Our journey to the National Park of Theodorou island begins from the Old Venetian Harbor, where you will have the opportunity to enjoy the panoramic view of the old town and it's crown jewel, the majestic lighthouse as you leave the harbor. Heading west, you will reach Theodorou island, where you will make a trip around its perimeter, allowing you to observe this protected area, part of the program Natura 2000, due to the diversity and rarity of plants and animals, a unique minority only found in this small part of the world and historical remains of an old Venetian Fort built in 1574. At the southern end of Theodorou island, you will go past the giant cave. At the northern side of the island, you will see the small island of Glaronisi or island of the seagulls. You will then glide past the part of the island referred to as the «black wall». At this point, you will likely see the famous and unique Cretan goat «Kri Kri».A stop at «rock pile» point is an amazing place with crystal waters, starfish and shells. There, you will have the opportunity to swim, snorkel or relax on our comfortable sun beds of the yacht. The last stop of the trip is above the wreck of the German aircraft «Junker 52» of World War II. Another fantastic location for snorkeling! On your return trip, we'll make a stop at Lazareta Islet, an small uninhabited island located near the city of Chania .The beach on the southern side of the island is perfect for snorkeling and swimming. The journey starts from the Old Venetian Harbor, making your way west to the Rodopou peninsula. The peninsula consists of sea cliffs and rocks as well as private bays with crystalline turquoise water which will definitely impress you. At the northern end of the peninsula is the biggest bay, «Menies». There you will have the opportunity to visit the ancient city of «Diktynna» and the temple of Vritomartis, the Minoan goddess and daughter of the God Zeus, who was worshiped on Crete during the Hellenistic and Roman times. One can follow the path from the beach, which leads to the 16th century Venetian castle which is situated at the highest point of the island, and once served to protect the island from the Turkish expansionism. It offers breath taking views of Balos Lagoon, as well as the neighbouring islands of Wild Gramvousa and Antikythera with a backdrop of the endless blue Mediterranean Sea. You can also enjoy swimming and snorkelling at the virgin waters and shipwreck there. We will then continue our visit to Balos Lagoon, recognized as one of the worlds most beautiful beaches, and one which is a must see when visiting Crete. Here you can swim in the crystal turquoise water, stroll in the shallow waters and white sand of the lagoon and take amazing photos of the exotic landscape. Great experience!!!
Really enjoyed our trip. The salads were great, the locations interesting and drinks plentiful. High point of our trip.
It is a bit confusing with different information available online regarding the pricing as well as the route of the trip. In the future one should expect a small briefing regarding the route, the stops and the benefits included. Included drinks were only provided upon request. Also the pricing of the gasoline was not quite transparent but at least communicated from the beginning. All in all a solid tour, but some adjustments would enhance the experience.

Great communication through the booking process. The boat is stunning and well maintained. Hospitality sadly lacking in the crew and really took the edge off the day. No introduction, this is the plan today, this is where we are going this is how long we ar going to stay. These are some of your options. The whole family felt akward around the crew. I had to initiatie conversation and set direction. The fruit platter was a joke. Some Cherry's, 3 nectarines and 3 peaches, a banana cut up for a party of six. Given I spent 800euro it was embarrassing. I wouldn't recommend and wouldn't book again.
Absolutely perfect day for our family of 9! We would not change a thing! Gorgeous scenery, great introduction to snorkeling for our 4 and 6 year old grandkid and fun swimming, snorkeling and relaxation for all of the adults! THANK YOU!

We had a wonderful day cruising with George and his crew member. They were very attentive, keeping us updated on local information, weather changes and offering excellent hospitality. The lunch is super, perfect for the weather and sailing. I'd highly recommend this experience.

Amazing service! The captain was an absolute legend, especially having 9 women to deal with! He catered to exactly what we wanted as we weren’t keen on sailing a load! Lazaros was also amazing with communication and Maria especially while we were in Crete! Our boat day had to move because of the weather and Maria kept me up to date constantly! Thanks so much all!
We had an absolutely great day! The weather was perfect and the team was really cool. The lunch was perfect for the hot clima. One point which could be better is that we could have had a longer trip to some lonely bays. We just were close to the port.

It was an incredible experience and I would recommend it to anyone who is in Crete and looking for some time off shore. The only reason I gave 3 stars for waiting time is due to the boat having had a problem with the diesel and we only left the harbour 1.5 hours later than planned. However the team was so kind and generous. They even sponsored us drinks at the restaurant across the street whilst we were waiting. The food was delicious and the drinks ice cold. Just what you need on a hot summers day. Thank you to the entire team - we had a blast! Hope to be back soon.

Very beautiful boat, large enough for 9 people (we were 9) and really great lunch. .the skipper and the captain did their job but not much more: qui te no comments, not really warm welcome and back to the harbor 20 minutes before the end. The trip proposed is the same than the one proposed by all glass bottom boats with a lot of people whereas with this type of boat it should have been possible to do a lot more atypical things. A little bit disappointed.

It was a great day on a beautiful Boat. We booked for the whole day and recieved a delicious and abundant lunch of various sandwiches and traditional greek salad. There were more then enough beverages to our disposal. it would have been nice if the crew had told us from the beginning that we had to tell them when we wanted to change location with the boat because we thought they would change location automatically. the rest was lovley and to recommend.

We had the perfect afternoon out on the water. A nice mix of swimming, snorkelling and enjoying the views from the boat, including a beautiful sunset. The complimentary beers and our light meal were lovely too. Yannis our skipper was great - very knowledgeable and happy to chat. He took us to some great spots and even joined in our dive competition of the back of the boat. A very fun afternoon!
40 minutes of drive, 5 hours staying on the same place. It was a nice experience, but it would be great to see more on the Island. Maybe that was because the waves were too strong.
Wow. What a fantastic day. Above and beyond our expectations and Yiannis and Adonis were superb. The boat was amazing and the light lunch was anything but. An amazing day which I would not hesitate to recommend. If you want to see more than the usual Crete, don’t hesitate to book, you really won’t be disappointed.

Everything was very fine. It was a very nice experience. It was a stylish boat which was very big and had a lot of speed. It was accompanied be 2 men (Captain and steward). They were extremely nice and friendly. We got bevererages and at noon even a great Tuna salad accompanied by white wine.
We had the perfect hosts who not only took us to some amazing bays but served a superb fruit platter for elevenses a very lovely lunch. Cigalla is a beautiful boat, she has a perfect balance of shade and sunbathing areas ideal for the hot Crete weather she looks very impressive and delivers all the comforts necessary for a perfect day onboard like having a loo is a nice convenience and private changing areas and as I mentioned before the shade. Highly recommend and I am sure we will book again.
The boat tour was amazing. The crew was so nice and accommodating. They made us a wonderful lunch that had many options. They were always happy to take our pictures or pour us a glass of wine. We ate lunch at a cove that was on our way to our destination and we were the only boat there. It was like we had a private little beach for lunch! We felt like we got really special treatment. The boat was clean and beautiful. It was a great value for what we got. On our tour, we saw other boats that we considered renting from another company and we felt like we went with the best/nicest option in our price range. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants to do a tour in the Chania area.

Above and beyond all our expectations! The “light” lunch was anything but. It was home prepared by the captains wove and Michelin Star worthy. And the nice young man who’s name I can’t figure out how to spell (very Greek) couldn’t have been more accommodating. My youngest son is autistic and loves fish. So this sweet heart of a guy took my son snorkeling at each stop “hunting” for different types of fish to see. I think this will go down as one of his best vacation memories ever. We felt extremely safe and learned some cool facts about Crete. And the swimming and views, priceless.
