The staff was very attentive and helpful. The boat is not exactly the same but it is very similar and it doesn't matter too much. A ten. We will repeat.

Everything is perfect

The experience was great, the boat was in very good condition and worked perfectly, we had a great morning. The service was a bit worse, we didn't really know where the meeting point was and when we found it, there were several simultaneous reservations and it took them an hour to serve us, arriving at 9.45 we didn't leave until 10.45, they gave us the 4 hours anyway, but it conditioned us quite a bit and we had to cancel our meal plan.

In general, all very well. Excellent attention and service from the staff. The only thing to keep in mind is that the boat is not completely new like the one in the photos and that it does not appear clearly when booking the cost of the deposit that must be deposited once you rent it.

Communication with him was scarce and insufficient to organize the meeting point... in fact I discovered by chance through his email address that Francisco is Nautica Pérez... once in his store they were very kind. The boat is not as modern as the one in the photo… but everything was correct.

The treatment of the staff was excellent and the boat in very good condition.
