The boat corresponded to the characteristics communicated in the offer, cleanliness with some flaws. Some equipment during check in was not in good condition but was promptly replaced. In the offer the outboard was indicated as a gift but then in the confirmation it was not indicated and therefore I had to pay a higher price than that indicated in the accessories list during the booking phase. I needed some technical information on the boat, the charter secretariat was very helpful, the technicians a little less. Some delays during the check-out phase due to the high number of outgoing crews. New marina in a good position to visit the Incoronate Park, clean bathrooms. Overall a good experience

We were very disappointed with this rental. We had to constantly argue and negotiate. On arrival the fridge did not work properly and was only partially repaired and after unpleasant negotiations with people who were acting in bad faith. There was fresh water in the bilges so a leak, which according to the people who maintain the boat, is old, so no support for this kind of problem. No lifeboat. No deck lights, no operational anchor lights, but I was told that it was not serious that I only had to put the navigation lights on at anchor... Dinghy engine that was supposed to be offered that we had to negotiate again to finally get it and once it was granted to us, it is an old engine that has never been easy to use... Leak on an autopilot filter not repaired before departure, they only put a plastic film so that the oil does not leak onto the mattress. Dingy inflator without the right tips for inflation... Oar holder on the broken canoe, very practical for rowing... Cockpit cushions in a deplorable state but I am told that they did not have any others anyway... In short, I will not return to them... I would also like to point out that from Saturday I tried to get support from Click&Boat, I contacted him by email, on the platform, I even tried the salesperson who was proactive before I paid for the reservation. I only got an email response on Tuesday telling me that I had to send them an email to explain my problems... Poor support from Click&Boat!!!! I think that for my next rentals I will not go through them again.
