Extra people will not be allowed to board. • Cancellation received within 72 hours of the trip is non-refundable.

trip felt a bit rushed to get from point A, B, C. etc. Did not find it worth the price charged.
The service and friendliness of the crew was good. ? But there were also several points of criticism: Despite a maximum of 12 possible guests, there were only 4 towels on the entire boat. Only two large ones to lay on and 2 medium-sized ones to dry off with. For up to 12 people?!?! This had a significant negative impact on comfort. ? The boat's maintenance condition was poor. (20 out of 100%) and did not match the pictures! ? I myself have a yacht license and would never have driven the boat alone without a crew. For example, all the indicators were blind, the berths were worn out and poorly repaired with gaffer tape, many parts had rust, etc. This needs a complete overhaul! We only drove very slowly (1200 rpm) out of 3 hours of travel. I was allowed to drive at medium speed (13 knots / 2000 rpm) once for a maximum of 5 minutes. So the very slow speed really has nothing to do with a speedboat with 750 HP. Overall, the price and the crew were OK. But the boat, the comfort and the speed were rated as "poor" by us three adult guests. Sorry. But that's just how it was. ?

It was a great excursion on the yacht. Friendly service from the crew. Nice contact, quick answer to questions in advance. We are once around the palm tree, have seen Atlantis and Burj al Arab from the sea. After a swim stop we went into the canal. The cabin was air-conditioned and there was free water and juice. The tip has earned the 2 person crew. Only the term "speedboat" does not apply. It was a leisurely cruise without using the power of the engines. That was a real shame and I expected it to be different. Price-performance ratio was really good. We were there in the off season. Parking in the Dubai Marina Parking is recommended. AED 15 per hour. Only 100m from the meeting point. Next time, I would make sure to get a boat that can at least let the power play a little. If this is important to you, you should ensure and inquire about it in advance.
