Good communication with Ruben but I had an unpleasant situation, related to fuel refill, due to lack of communication between boat owner and maintainer. Besides that it was a nice day out on the water.

Rental of the boat compliant! Great boat, easy to pilot! We spent a great day along the coast of the Algarve! Ruben is really a great friendly person! I recommend ☺️

A total lack of professionalism: What was planned for the rental was not in place: Broken cover and therefore unusable Buoy towed without the expected ropes No cooler, as normally planned No depth sounder or GPS The general condition of the boat is completely lacking in maintenance: the back of the front bench seat came off permanently in front of us at Check in! Very strong smell of diesel .. maybe even a leak? A disaster this boat .. and what a shame that it is presented on Click&Boat .. Disappointment for the 8 sailors!!! The only positive point: the kindness of Rafael the young man who is in charge of Check in

Ruben and his colleague are at the top! 10 of us spent a very pleasant day on the boat and the Algarve region seen from the ocean is magnificent! What points to highlight however: The boat is comfortable for 8 people no more, advertised for 12. The taxi boat is a scam from our point of view 10 people x 5€ = 50€ to go 200 m from the quay to the boat moored to a buoy, we were really disappointed on this point. The prices announced for the slot from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Click&Boat do not correspond to the emails we receive from the rental company itself because the possible time slot is ultimately from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. or from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. We are offered insurance on click € boat including the deposit insurance in the event of damage at €40 which I had taken out and the rental company nevertheless asks us for a deposit of €1000 which I would certainly have had difficulty recovering in the event of loss despite the insurance taken out… The boat consumes a lot of gasoline: €165 for 6 hours of rental with several breaks including lunch. The boat deserves to be upgraded, starting with the umbrella, the grab bars and adding Bluetooth music. In summary : Very friendly staff but 6 hours of navigation on an aging boat for 413€ + 40€ guarantee deposit + 50€ taxi boat + 165€ of gasoline = 668€, we found the value for money not up to par, our biggest disappointment big. Fortunately the cruise was really magnificent and Ruben and his colleague were very kind.

So disappointed with this rental; I feel like I've been robbed. the price displayed on Click&Boat was €413 and Ruben sends me a personalized offer at €450 without any further communication; impossible to know what justified this price difference, he preferred to no longer communicate with us except to tell us that we had to pay the skipper in cash. To top it off, since there was no communication, we did not know the address until the last moment, at 10 a.m. when we discovered that we had to add 15 euros to take a shuttle to go to the boat which was 200 m... in short, the departure was at 10:45 a.m. with a return at 3:30 p.m. fully redone. A day well wasted for an exorbitant price given the service. I do not recommend at all.

The boat rental for the sunset went very well. It was a beautiful navigation around the caves of Benagil. Ruben is welcoming and accommodating.

Very bad experience. Family rental with 6 children, the base of the sun awning comes off and almost sends passengers into the water and injures them. The rest of the handrails are hanging by a thread. After 30 minutes, we decide to turn around because it is unmanageable and dangerous. Ruben refuses to reimburse or even to make a gesture, instead of communicating he calls the police and says that he has been sequestered on the boat.... Really, we do not recommend this boat or this person, who does not is not very responsible nor respectful of children's safety. A tourist trap to avoid!!!

Ruben is attentive and very friendly. He helped us refuel at the end. A few small problems with the conformity of the boat but nothing major, this was caused by former tenants. Do not hesitate to rent with Ruben, we still had a great day at sea.

We had a very good day and we were super helped, only apart from that taxi that you still have to pay for.

The boat was in pretty bad shape. The motor cover had a large tear, the bimini and railing anchorages had partly come off completely. External plastic tape on the rib had also come loose over almost the entire length of the boat. Bimini was braced with various ropes, otherwise it would not have held up. Mooring ropes were too short or not available. They were all in poor condition overall. Some of the screws from the railing screw connection did not fit and were sticking out (risk of injury). Various equipment from the description was not available: speakers were not available, cooler, sea charts and radio - not available. The additionally ordered water tire had no air in the bow and was handed over to us as defective. I realize that you have to make compromises with rental boats, but you should be able to expect a certain level of maintenance. Overall it was still a great experience with two families on board. Caves, bays, ports and sea explored. Excellent. The handover team was super nice - everything worked. The boat should be given a thorough maintenance. Thanks very much

Everything as expected and good

The tour was good and pleasant, but I have two caveats. The taxi ferry at the beginning costs 5 euros per person and should have been better communicated. I don't understand why we can't board our tour boat directly at the pier. It is also unnecessary to make us wait for the boat to be supplied on the way back.

Rubén is a very nice and punctual guy. The boat is in perfect condition and we have had a very fun day.

Una muy buena jornada has 4 amigos. A great day spent with 4 friends on the boat. The coast is beautiful, I recommend!

Ruben was very responsive and knew how to adapt his offer to our needs. The aquamar is a small boat with a great price / quality ratio that does the job very well for occasional sailors like us. I recommend them both.
