Due to the bad weather (too strong wind) the rental of the boat could not be carried out. Although a weather guarantee insurance was taken out at the time of booking and the gentlemen had confirmed the refund at the time of pick-up, the rental amount was not refunded. Even after repeated inquiries via the platform, unfortunately no correct assistance was provided. I regret this and have therefore had a bad experience with the platform and the rental company as well as the first contact with the platform.
Could not fault aurelio or the team that helped ..very helpful and chearful company..loved it.. we panicked last minute looking for a speaker for music and a cooler for pur drinks ...they supplied us with it all no extra charge..thanks guys..definatly use again when we are next over in ibiza...

It was a great experience, good explanations on where to navigate since it was our first time. Very nice and attentive, 100% recommended.
Terrible experience, they have the boats on land and they only have a van to take them to the sea, we had to wait an hour and a half to get the boat, and another hour to return it. I recommend another company from the many that have boats available already prepared.
There is much better, very small and deflated dinghy.
