feedback on my recent cruise experience, and I must say that it was far from satisfactory. Several issues arose during the trip: 1.The air conditioning was not operational throughout the whole day. It was surprising to discover that using it required a separate agreement and an additional fee. 2.There was a persistent and unpleasant diesel odor that made the entire experience quite uncomfortable. 3.When we temporarily left the yacht, the crew seemed to invite their acquaintances on board. This appeared rather unusual, especially considering that we had valuable items and passports left behind. It was disconcerting to have unknown individuals onboard. 4.The boat itself appeared to be less than brand new. While I appreciate the efforts of the crew to be friendly and accommodating, it was evident that they lacked experience and understanding of how to enhance the overall service. I hope that this feedback can contribute to improving future cruise experiences.
