Fantastic- boat was perfect- very simple to book and great communication- highly recommend

They told us that it was not possible to cancel the reservation because according to them the weather was perfect for sailing. We were on the boat for an hour when the tide started to be terrible and it started to rain so we used the boat for an hour without getting a cent back. We lost the anchor because it got stuck and they charged us €100 when an anchor costs €20.

A wonderful day ????

Unfortunately, not everything went as we had hoped. The man arrived half an hour late, and there were other people waiting for a boat at the same time, and then there was a loud argument. We were not given any proper instructions, which we found very disappointing, as it was the first time we had been on a boat. The man also spoke no English or German and tried to explain everything in Spanish, which of course we did not understand. Although we left a good 45 minutes later, we were not allowed to keep the boat any longer. It was also not the boat that was shown in the advert.

The service and the boat were very good, with the description as mentioned in the advertisement and attentive to any need. The experience was very good.

Incredible attention from Rafa (the person in charge of showing us how to use the boat), he was very nice, patient and kind. However, Tomás said he would send us the info a day before and we were waiting... finally at 9:00 pm we wrote to him and got the info. Everything else was very good!! We recommend it!!

The boat is the same as in the photos and description, everything has gone very well. Agustina is charming, perfect directions on how to get there, nearest free parking, etc. to repeat!

Everything was very good, Tomás was very kind giving us directions, the guys were very nice and the boat was perfect, a little slow, but like all boats without a license. I recommend it!

We had an incredible day on this little Love Boat!

We had rented a boat which you could drive without a license. When we arrived at the port, we were greeted by an employee who took our personal details and had us sign a contract that was only in Spanish. After a short "search" our boat was found and brought to us. After an approx. 2-minute briefing (with poor English), we were driven out of the harbor and told that the meeting point is in front of the harbor, where a colleague will pick us up after our tour and put the boat in the designated parking bay of the boat moves. So far so good. After our tour, we arrived at the meeting point (in front of the port entrance) about 25-30 minutes earlier, dialed the number given beforehand and informed them that we were at the said meeting point. We were then told that we should drive into the harbor entrance ourselves and park our boat ourselves - mind you between incredibly expensive yachts - this was not in my interest, as I had never parked such a boat before. When I voiced my concern, I was just laughed at and made fun of. After a 15-minute discussion, several phone calls with port staff and landlords, we were finally picked up by an employee and he parked the boat. We were received with the sentence: "Are you stupid?!" - Customer and solution-oriented is probably a foreign word for the organizer.

We had a nice day on the boat. Unfortunately we had to wait a very long time before we could sail back into the harbor.

We had a great day on this boat. Complies with the description, reliable and comfortable. Staff eager to do well. The check-in lady was very friendly, smiling and helpful. The gentleman for friendly navigation training, taking the time to explain (in French please ?) anxious to do well and above all that everything is well understood before departure. We wholeheartedly recommend this owner. We will renew next year. THANK YOU ☺️

It was a highly recommended experience as it allows you to visit several of the most beautiful coves in Ibiza. The treatment received by Tomás has been magnificent for his kindness.

I HAD WEATHER INSURANCE, WHEN I ARRIVED THEY CHANGED MY ROUTE DUE TO THE WIND… I THINK THAT'S WHY I TAKEN INSURANCE, RIGHT? THERE WERE TIMES THAT IT WAS SCARED TO DRIVE, THIS CANNOT BE CONSENTED FOR THESE PEOPLE TO EARN MORE, NEVER RENT THIS BOAT AGAIN!!!!

We rented a boat from Tomás to watch the sunset from San Antonio. It was a fantastic experience. We had already rented other boats (without a license), but the experience with Tomás has been the best of all, without a doubt. The boat was super clean, the reception was magnificent, and Tomás was always attentive in case there were any problems. In fact we had a little starting problem, and we called Tomás who gave us the solution right away. It gives a lot of peace of mind and security. Tomás and his team are charming and make everything easy. I definitely recommend them. The recognition as a "super owner" is more than deserved. We will hire your boats again.
