We sailed with Augusto to the Borromee Islands. With sail and motor when the wind was too weak. Its a long but nice trip, approximately three hours of sailing each way. At the Islands a shuttle boat from restaurant took us in - obliging (?) us to use that restaurant, which was ok. We spent a couple of hours on Island (Pescatori) and also made a nice stop on return trip to swim from the boat.
Augusto is a super nice skipper. He does not speak english or german but we understood what we had to and we felt very safe and comfortable with Augusto.

Nice marina with friendly people working there. The location is also good. From there you can start a great round trip on the lake. Because of a storm warning we had to change the booking dates and it happened all very quickly and without any effort. Many thanks to all

Lisanza is a beautiful little city with a few cute spots to see. The best way to see the Lago Maggiore is by boat tho. Book a boat and enjoy the beautiful nature. As we visited the lake in May there was absolutely no traffic. Can imagine it will be really busy in the high season.

Starting from Ranco, we visited the Lake up and down from Arona to Verbania, not forgetting the Borromee Islands (Remember, the islands have private pontoons, so you can't moor unless you have, for example a restaurant reservation). Had our picnic on the boat, by Pallanza.
We had a very memorable day!

We had the best time with Valeriano. He picked us up on time and was accommodating. We went around the islands and swam in the lake at a pictures spot. He had a wine cooler for the wine which was perfect! We will defiantly use him again. 😊 Filippa

Both the boat and skipper Luca were of a very very high standard. Thanks to this, we could spend the whole day very nicely and see Lago Maggiore from the water. Luca's knowledge about the lake is very high, he showed us beautiful places, he stopped the boat where we could swim safely. I recommend to everyone - it was very nice experience!
