The design of the Comet 45S assimilates only the positive aspects of the Ims trends, maintaining pleasant lines, a large beam and excellent habitability. The appendages, optimized for performance, include a bulb with torpedo for maximum performance and maximum safety in navigation as few sailing boats can ensure. INTERIORS The interiors are very flexible, and are offered in numerous versions, from two master cabins to four cabins, with an “L” shaped kitchen or along the side. The cabins of the Comet 45S are truly airy: at the stern they are twin and have two comfortable beds, with a shared bathroom/shower; a considerable amount of free walking space from the cockpit and two really large wardrobes. At the bow there is the master cabin, equipped with a bed on the wall and complete with bathroom with separate shower box. The dinette, consisting of a “C” shaped sofa and a bench, has a raised floor that allows for better use of the volumes in width. The kitchen is on the wall along the port side. It houses a 4-burner hob, a gas oven, a double cockpit fridge/freezer and a double sink with fresh salt water. The Comet 45S has a sporty line and a modern deck plan, but is at the same time perfect for cruising, to sail with and to live in comfortably. Ideal for the Ocean and the Mediterranean, liveable on deck and usable in all conditions. WHAT IS INCLUDED in the day cruising formula - skipper; - excursion on itinerary or agreed, stops at anchor, bathrooms; - basic notions of steering and management of a sailing boat; - electricity, water, showers, toilets, heating; - aperitif with prosecco; EXTRA OPTIONS FOR A FEE Hostess €175.00 per day + food Raw appetizer and seafood + prosecco €27.00 per person Sailor's lunch with on-board cooking €42.00 per person Insurance €50.00 per person WARNINGS: WEATHER CONDITIONS The Skipper or the commander on board is responsible for assessing the weather and sea conditions suitable for the sailing trip. The final check of the weather and sea conditions is decided on site at the time of the appointment. Cloudiness or the threat of rain are not considered sufficient reasons for not showing up for the appointment. In the event of cancellation due to weather, or for other reasons not attributable to the shipowner, the deposit paid can be recovered by rescheduling the trip on the available dates, accrued as a credit for trips within one year or obtaining a refund of the deposit itself. CANCELLATION OR RENUNCIATION In case of cancellation or renouncement within three days of the departure date, 50% of the amount will still be due. From three to five days notice from the date, 30% will be due. After five days, nothing will be due and any advance payments will be refunded. ON BOARD • Guests must have clothing suitable for rain and wind. • On board, you are barefoot - if it is necessary to wear footwear due to cold or rain, shoes are not allowed. Outside, on the deckhouse, in the cockpit, you can only wear white rubber boat shoes. • Bring towels, sundresses, sun cream, and a swimsuit for those who want to swim • Animals not allowed
