Friesland is characterized by a lot of water and moorings at various locations, also outside the ports. From the heart of Friesland (Leeuwarden) you can sail in all directions. The dimensions of this ship are ideal for this region. The clearance height is important in Friesland. Many (fixed) bridges have a height restriction of clearance of 2.35, this ship is the healthy mix between a lot of space on board and yet almost all locations are accessible. The shallow draft of 80cm reinforces this. The ship is very well maintained and very suitable to rent for a week with the family. Due to its good and practical layout, the ship is very suitable for 4 guests. 2 adults and 3 small children would also be fine. Fantastic experience with Peter and the Mi Amigo II. Friesland from the water is really beautiful and the villages are great. We will definitely do it again!
Contact with Peter and his wife was very pleasant and the rental was very straightforward. The boat was in good technical condition and was easy to drive. The equipment meets basic requirements, but we missed a few things (e.g. a shower and a ladder suitable for swimming). However, we would rent the boat again at any time.

Peter is a very courteous and hospitable landlord. Communication beforehand and during the weekend was uncomplicated. Despite its age, the boat is in good condition, is easy to maneuver and its dimensions make it perfect for the Friesland region. We would rent it again and again!
Nice and helpful landlords, the ship was explained well and tips for a round trip were given. The Saga 27 is simply but practically equipped and easy to maneuver. We had a lovely few days in Friesland. Thank you and we'd love to come back.

We had fantastic days on this beautiful boat. Upon arrival we were received very hospitably and we received a clear explanation. The route we sailed was great. It was nice that this boat can sail under many bridges. This boat is really perfect for discovering Friesland from the water, everything has been thought of and sleeping was also very nice. The communication with Peter was great ? It was an adventure we will never forget and we can definitely recommend taking a trip with this boat!

Had a wonderful mini holiday in Friesland with Peters boat. Due to the low clearance height you can get to many nice places and you can continue where others have to wait on the bridge. Thanks to the two sleeping cabins with large beds, the boat still feels spacious and thanks to the comfortable cover you can sit inside or outside in the cockpit, depending on the weather. The boat is well maintained and really clean and fresh. That's nice. Communication with Peter is pleasant and relaxed. Recommended!
A great trip with 1 adult and 2 children over 4 days in beautiful Friesland. There was a lot of fun. Peter is a dear landlord who, in addition to his boats, is also happy to offer numerous tips and assistance. Any time.
Had a fantastic time aboard the Saga 27. To be repeated
Unfortunately we could only stay 2 days, but minimum was 3 days.
We were 5 days / 4 nights by boat and really enjoyed it. The boat is a few years old and therefore has its own character, but we felt very comfortable with it. The size was perfectly adequate for the 2 of us. The driving characteristics are very safe and good-natured. The entire transaction with Peter, the landlord, was very pleasant and uncomplicated. We would rent the boat again.
Perfect boat for a week's holiday with the four of us in Friesland. With these relatively modest dimensions you can get almost anywhere (especially the height of 2.35 means that you can pass under many bridges), the boat maneuvers easily and yet everything you want is on it, including two really separate cabins. A few details need some attention; it comes with a competitive price. Peter is also a pleasant landlord: excellent reception, clear communication, clear agreements (also) based on mutual trust and when something went wrong, it was immediately resolved. Long story short: a must where we would like to come back.
What a great experience !!! Discovering Friesland with a wonderful and super accessible boat was super. The owner and his family are also super sweet people who help, give advice and magnificent tips !!!

Some problems with the engine, which we solved ourselves. For the rest completely satisfied. Worth repeating.
First time sailing with a larger boat, nice boat. Great boat for max. 4 adults. Many options for sailing from Leeuwarden. Also very nice for the weekend.
