I understand that cleaning the toilets can be a nuisance, but paying more than €1000 for 8 hours on the boat, I understand that I am renting all the services and equipment on the boat, including access to the toilet cabin. Apart from this problem, everything is perfect.

According to the COSTA BRAVA BOATS receptionist at the port of PALAMÓS It seems that a national ban on the use of dry toilets in the context of water saving, which I have not heard of, is in force in Spain and if this is the case this is perfectly understandable. If COSTA BRAVA BOATS uses a subterfuge to avoid having to clean the black water tank, it is a scandal. I am awaiting information on the veracity of this Spanish administrative restriction. On the other hand, we do not receive any prior information either by email or on the application and you are presented with a fait accompli when the keys are handed over at the Port of Oalamis; we have small children and would have made other arrangements regarding the ban on using the toilets on board. We chose the Click&Boat site rather than the competitor site because the towed buoy and water skis were included in the price. At first the person at the reception of COSTA BRAVA BOAT to whom we presented our order confirmation IN FRENCH with clearly noted "buoy and Skis offered" informed us that in Catalan "offered" means Extra payment !!! We continued to insist and he admitted to us in half that he could not give us the buoy and skis because he had rented everything. At €850 a day, not having prior information on toilet restrictions, not being able to have the accessories included in the price we therefore paid (nothing is free in life) and being taken for a fool by the receptionist on site spoils the fun Before posting my opinion on social networks, I would like to have feedback from Click&Boat on this subject. New boat, in perfect conditions of use. We had a return with very rough seas but the maneuverability of the boat allowed safe navigation at all times. Serious and solvent company. Very good job of the ground staff on arrival.

Very complicated service. The company clearly lacks professionalism and its practices are questionable. When taking charge of the boat, the company asked us to pay them €100 in addition to the €1134 paid for the rental of the boat. For what ? To be able to open the toilet door and use it. A scandal in our opinion because a boat is rented in its entirety and this detail was of course not mentioned when booking. At the end of our day, when the boat was handed over, the company informed us that 2 buoys were missing. We are first told that there were 6 when we left, then 5, then finally 6. In short, these two buoys never existed, as evidenced by the photos I showed them when they left the port. , 5 minutes after taking control of the boat. We did not see these two famous buoys attached. No matter, we lost these 2 fictitious buoys for them as soon as we took control of the boat and therefore had to pay them (otherwise they would not return the deposit of €1000.00). I am not used to writing such comments but in view of the bad experience with this company, I am obliged to warn future potential renters. So avoid it, otherwise take a picture of the boat from all these angles and prepare an additional check for €100 on your arrival to flush the boat on board.
