Yacht charter in Palma de Mallorca · Bavaria — R55 Fly (2018)

The captain (Martin) and crew (Alejandra) were great, however a maintenance issue we were make aware of only after we boarded meant all of our food catering went to waste and had to be disposed of and we had to go to a restaurant instead which took away from valuable boating time, not to mention adding significant cost. We tried to resolve this with the boat's owner (Anton) but he was totally unreasonable which really put a big negative on what should have been a fantastic day. Wouldn't recommend this boat given the maintenance issues and communication of same. Even if we were informed of the issue the night before (the captain told us it was recognised the afternoon before we chartered), we could have make alternate catering arrangements. Poor communication led to an average experience which was only exasperated by Anton's unreasonable approach to compensating us for the issue. Very disappointing

Very professional and very well received by captain Marin and Nicky. The boat was brand new and in excellent conditions, unfortunately it was too large to enter any of the most famous callas in southern Mallorca. Would be a perfect charter for croatia or northern sardinia where there are more islands and accessible beaches.

This boat is amazing! So Beautiful… comfortable and perfectly maintained Martin and Kathy are just great, really lovely people!
