If you have any questions about the personalized attention that you will get once your reservation is confirmed, you only have to read the reviews of the navigators who have commented on their experience of enjoying our boats. Once the reservation has been confirmed and the contacts has been unblocked, we will contact directly by and send you several video tutorials on the operation and equipment of the ship, the location of the boat and we can clarify any doubt or request you may have. FAQs - WHAT EXTRAS DOES THE BOAT HAVE? Bimini top (sun shelter), fridge, snorkel glasses, gps/plotter with echo-sounder, shower, Bluetooth speaker, USB charger. - DO YOU NEED A LICENSE? YES Boat certificate is required. - IF I DON'T HAVE BOAT LICENSE, DO I HAVE TO ORDER A SKIPPER? YES. Skipper service costs 210 € full day or € 150 half day. It will be requested upon payment of the reservation. - WILL I HAVE ASSISTANCE IN THE DEPARTURE AND ARRIVAL? A member of our team will receive you at the agreed time. He will explain boat instructions, he will leave the boat from the mooring and he will assist you at the gas station at the end of your journey. -HOW MUCH FUEL CONSUMPTION FOR A WHOLE DAY? 70€ The boat is delivered with a full tank and at the end of your journey our partner will assist you to refill the fuel consumed. - IS THERE A POSSIBILITY TO USE WATER TOYS? YES They will be requested once the reservation is confirmed. Donut 30 €. Ski 30 €. Donut & Ski 50 €. Wake 50 €. Warning: Safe Speed for water toys under 15 Knots. -WHAT IS THE RENTAL TIME? Full day from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Half-day rentals from 10:00 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. or from 2:15 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. - CAN YOU EXTEND RENTAL TIME? YES It will be hired at the time of check-in. Cost 30 € / hour - WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE? Fuel, skipper, food and drinks. - MUST PAY DEPOSIT BEFORE LEAVING? YES It will be deposited at check-in. Deposit of 300 €. - WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER CONDITIONS? You can choose to change the date of the booking (pending on availability) or refund the amount charged by 5om. - CAN YOU CONTACT DIRECTLY WITH 5om BY PHONE OR BEFORE CONFIRMING THE RESERVATION AND MAKING THE PAYMENT THROUGH THIS WEBSITE? No. The system automatically removes any personal information with third parties in website chat. Only once the reservation is confirmed will our contact information be provided. At this time we will send you videos with instructions on how to use the boat, how to arrive at check-in, recommendations of routes to be taken and information of your interest. -WHEN / HOW IS THE RESERVATION CONFIRMED? It is confirmed at the end of the payment through this website. For any doubt with the payment process you should contact the customer service of this website. -WHERE IS THE BOAT MOORED? Palma de Mallorca Seafront. - IS THERE PARKING FOR CAR IN MARINA? YES Within our Marina there is free private parking for customers. -WHAT SERVICES CAN WE FIND IN THE MARINA? Within our marina you will find “El Corte Inglés” supermarket, restaurant, cafeteria with terrace, free private parking for customers, showers and changing rooms. - WHAT ROUTES CAN WE PERFORM? From our base port, given its ideal location, there are different alternative routes. Once you confirm your reservation we will send you videos with different alternatives of routes to be taken, outstanding places, places to eat or beach club to visit. - HOW DO I KNOW IF THE BOAT IS FREE THE DATE SELECTED? Our reservation calendar is updated so if the desired date appears available, the boat is free. You only have to make the payment through the web and they will send us a request for us to accept and confirm the reservation as soon as possible. WHAT SHOULD WE BRING ON BOARD? Towels, sunscreen, ice cube bags for the ice fridge and keep the drinks and food you bring cold, it is recommended to bring warm clothes in case of cloudy day. IS IT POSSIBLE TO ORDER DRINKS AND SNACKS ON BOARD? We offer provision of both drinks and food, not included in the rental price.

It was a very good experience with Jorge and his team. Jorge was very professional and could answer all questions. Before the charter he sent videos with instructions which helped a lot. Jonatan from the team who met us at the marina was very helpful and did a very good job. The boat was in good condition and everything worked as it should do. Would definitely recommend renting with Jorge and his team.

A little hic Hup at the start as we paid and been told we won t get the boat but fortunately all ended well, that was a miscommunication on the owner end and we could enjoy the boat an hour later . The owner was kind enough to extend the rent and provide wakeboard rent FoC. Thanks

Great boat, great communication, great welcome and great service. Everything worked perfectly except the speedometer and since there was GPS this was no issue (and water speedometers are notorious for not working). We had a super day and I would not hesitate to recommend.

RAS you can rent this boat without any problem. The communication is great and you can park right next to the boat in the port. The boat is as advertised and Jonatan was super nice and welcoming! I recommend!

Good contact with Jorge, although the boat was given to us by another guy, Jonathan, very nice too. He gave us the necessary explanations and indications of some routes to visit. The boat is well equipped with GPS, sonar and fresh water shower, which is appreciated. A great day. To repeat.
It was a very satisfactory experience, everything was spectacular, the treatment, both with Jorge and with Jonatan, is unbeatable. The truth is that we were very happy with everything, it is highly recommended and we will surely repeat the experience when possible. I recommend it 100%.
The host Jonathan was super friendly. He informed us well in advance with instructional videos about the equipment on board. A possible sailing route was also provided via Google maps. Afterwards, the host neatly parked the boat back in its place. I am inclined to rent from this provider again.

Excellent ride! The captain gave us an excellent tour of coves and beaches. 100% recommended! The only issue was that the club was undergoing renovations and we had to park a bit far away. For everything else, an amazing experience.
We had booked at short notice, unfortunately the landlord was over 1 hour late. Then the boat was no longer cleaned. Very nice! Technology good, equipment not complete.
It has been a great experience, the management of the reservation was very simple, they did not give us any trouble. We were well informed in advance about everything important and received a very nice reception from Mauricio, an employee of the rental company. Mauricio gave us a comprehensive briefing before we started. We had a great day on the west coast. When we came back we received a friendly welcome from Mauricio, but unfortunately we forgot swimwear on board when we left the boat. We were able to contact Mauricio via WhatsApp and he offered us to bring the things for us to Palma center so that we didn't have to travel halfway through the city.
