Fabulous people and boat. Will 100% use again.
Almost perfect :) unfortunately, the music box from the boat radio was broken. We got a small mobile box but the sound was not really good. Everything else was great.

Juan a été très sympathique. Il parle un peu anglais. Ne pas hésiter à échanger par écrit en français car sa femme parle anglais et français et l'aide à répondre aux clients. Nous n'avions pas de quoi imprimer il est arrivé avec les contrats. Le paiement de la caution se fait au bateau par carte bancaire. Elle est recréditée sur la carte au retour du bateau. Le bateau est au club nautique de portitxol à Palma. Facile de se garer le matin avant 10 h à proximité immédiate sur un stationnement gratuit.

It was a great day, there was a detailed introduction to the boat. All rescue equipment was available. The equipment was extensive and functional. The boats are monitored by GPS, so in an emergency you would get help quickly. We were able to track the route and therefore also the consumption.

Unfortunately had to cancel due to bad weather. The boat was great. The landlord too. Until we wanted a refund for half the day. Nobody feels responsible and there is no feedback from Click&Boat and the landlord after a week either. A pity.

Perfect icicles given before boarding for the cooler, masks and snorkel fins in one of the trunk of the boat without supplement, Only the trim did not work but the navigation could be done without any worry
Juan attended us perfectly and was very communicative, especially keeping me informed about the weather conditions for the day of departure. Finally we were able to leave and it was great, the spectacular boat and the unbeatable treatment. 100% recommended
Juan and his men are very nice and accommodating. No long unnecessary explanations. No long control of the boat during delivery. Some short skilful looks and everything was great. They even fueled themselves so we could go straight home. Gladly again!

It has been a very good experience. It was very easy to communicate with Juan and I worked hard to make sure we were comfortable. As we were so many people he arranged a bus to take us all and it has been an exceptional detail. The only thing that could improve our experience was the waves that we had and we could not see / do as much as we wanted but it's not your fault. Thank you so much for everything!
