We were promised a fully restored yacht. The only thing that was "restored" were the sails and even those were patched. All in all, the yacht was in very poor condition. The self-steering system kept failing and the display on the port side was broken. Steam and deck lights also didn't work. In the charter office they just put us off and told us that we should contact the charter company in Germany. Very little could be done on site. Regarding Click&Boat I can only say that it was the first and last time that I chartered here, because not only was the information provided about the yacht incorrect, no emails from the charter company were forwarded to us, nor were our contact details were forwarded to the charter company. So why should I still charter with Click&Boat?
