We had a great experience on Mata with our group of 5! The captain and crew were SO ATTENTIVE and kind! The food was outstanding too! It is evident the amount of care goes into this repairing for the charter. The boat takes its time so you don’t get soaked while underway. I highly recommend! Only thing to be aware of but is not a complaint, only a helpful note for future charters, if you are very tall, or have compromised legs, the headroom in the toilet is very low. This may not be a problem unless you don’t want to go swimming :)
This boat is very nice, Super cute and fun. I recommend taking it out for the closer islands. It does move slow so plan to sit back and enjoy the scenery. There were 6 of us on the adventure and we had plenty of room to stretch out and relax. The driver and tour guide were amazing. Jamie is the sweetest girl ever and she made the day extra special.
thank you so much it was amazing
Everything was perfect
Professional and friendly on-board staff BUT aging boat and above all extremely noisy. Impossible to have a conversation while sailing and even less to rest. Moreover, despite our requests, we were only taken to crowded and hyper-touristy beaches. We dreamed of hidden islands and zenitude after seeing the ad and the photos, but we endured the entire cruise and even cut our navigation short because we had a headache from enduring the noise of the engine. In short, the magic unfortunately did not work for us. If you want a very local Thai experience, go for it, otherwise...
Idyllic day on 2 islands. The crew is great and very attentive to supervise the day Communication is easy and punctuality is there We are far from mass tourism. We will come back!
