Gilles is very friendly and responds quickly, although having to be in French is more difficult. The sailboat is very spacious, comfortable and very manageable. It would need a little more maintenance, we had a problem with the halyard on the first day of sailing (the rope that was already deteriorated broke, luckily with the increased hauling). He tried to fix it when he returned to port, but since it was very windy he couldn't and we had to sail without the mainsail.
We have been very comfortable, comfortable and very well cared for. We hope to repeat.
