Norman was very attentive and welcoming. We had a technical problem with the engine upon returning from the tour, which was promptly resolved with support from another boat. I recommend the service.
A Scam in its service! Firstly he tries at the beginning to push you to book without mentioning all the fees to be paid on site (you end up paying double the rental) then it is written on the site the rental from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., but it is a lie : in reality he rents you from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. This site and its partners are liars and thieves for tourists TO AWAY!!!!
If you don't want to be adrift, don't rent this speedboat. Boat engine did not work. I tried to contact the sailor but to no avail. I tried to contact the owner and after a lot of trying he called. Nothing resolved, I had a frustrated outing with the family. Unfortunately the experience was not good. We do not rent the boat for leisure, but for recording a clip. Which makes the boat much less used. The boat we rented with capacity for 12 people broke down at sea. They put us on a boat with capacity for 8 people. A member of the boat got sick and we had to go back to the marina to leave him which is next to the beach we went to and when we arrived at the marina I was informed that I would have to pay 700 reais more to go back to the beach again and that they had already rented ours boat, on the same day before the period we had rented, which was from 6 pm I am sending an email to contact@Click&Boat.com because I paid for the insurance and I demand a refund of part of the amount paid.
