Everything went well with the boat, the size of the boat and power were in line for the expected experiences. The welcome was a bit less friendly and personal. I was expecting help for a tube but did not receive anything with this regard.

We rented the boat for 4 people without shipper. It was nice that there was a extra map to see where you could go, and that there was a scuba. The table and the chairs came loose when there was wind so I would recommend that this needs to be checked before leaving and not leave that work to the customers. And they told us we had to go to Marina Frappa, so we went at the entry of Marina Frappa but it wasn't there, it was a 15 min walk from there to the roundabout. When I called to ask where they stayed they hanged up the phone! Then the people who worked at Marina Frappa called them with their phones and then they picked up.

The boat was cleaned and smelled good, everything was in working order from the equipment. The lessor explained and explained everything and despite a small language barrier I knew my rights and obligations. The boat itself did great on the cruise to Šibenik and Stradin and back, I can't imagine sailing a smaller one. From the details, refueling after returning in Marina Frapa has a separate queue for such smaller units and you don't have to wait in the queue of yachts, so it's quick and efficient. It's worth being a little earlier to return the boat on time. The experiences and views are amazing for the entire crew. I think that when in Croatia, renting a boat is a must. Absolutely fantastic service and handling. Everything was very quick, friendly and uncomplicated. On the day of the trip I made an inquiry via Click&Boat and less than a minute later I had the first answer. Then I received another 3 offers within 15 minutes. Great service. An hour later we had already picked up the boat and were able to start the day trip. Pick-up and return were very friendly and uncomplicated. The introduction and explanation of the boat was TOP. If I had known beforehand how uncomplicated and professional this is, I would have booked my boat charter here earlier. Excellent value for money. Thank you, I would be happy to come back any time.
