Passengers are invited to arrive at least 10 minutes before the boarding time. Port of embarkation: SIRMIONE 2 *In case of rental for more than one day, the boat must still be brought back to the pontoon at the end of each day*

Boat is ok but their receptionist is unfriendly. My experience would’ve been much more positive if they haven't changed their offer after I accepted it, first time the personalized offer was showing fuel included, then somehow it disappeared from the system and I couldn't prove it since it was removed from the system and I didn't have a screenshot to prove, so I ended up paying for it. The thing is their front desk lady was unfriendly and thought I wasn't honest and kept arguing endlessly. But the boat handling team was friendly and professional. So overall I would say 6 out of 10.
Good boat, had a nice day. Maybe some more info for parking the boat would've been nice. Further everything was great!
I definitely recommend Luca and the team for their boat hire. They are a professional and super friendly outfit. We had a fantastic day on the water at Lake Garda taking in the amazing views from the perspective of the lake. A dip in the middle of the crystal clear waters is an exhilarating experience - highly recommended and makes a superb day out. Will be back in the future.

Had a super fun day. Everything well arranged. Even when you come back there is enough staff to meet and moor your boat.
Unfortunately we were sent to the water, while the weather was going to be very bad in the end. We tried with our best will to stay away from the bad weather, but eventually returned to port in a fierce storm, thunderstorm and rain. It turned out that there were no life jackets on board, although this had been indicated. When we returned to the port we received a very unfriendly, no understanding and such, while they are the ones who had not warned us and they said that we could just sail north. They had called us, but only in the afternoon when we were already in misery, everything was soaking wet and we had put away our phones, otherwise the outing would become even more expensive. All in all had a very bad experience.

We have found it unclear to find out the correct pick-up location for the boat; takes a relatively long time. Furthermore, the reception was hospitable and professional. Boat was in excellent condition.
