Protagon 25 can carry up to 8 passengers and is equipped with a 300 HP engine. Therefore, a nautical license is required to sail aboard the Protagon 25 or the presence of a skipper. The cost of fuel according to consumption must be added to the daily price. You can request a skipper on board for a cost of €120 per day. As a group of 5 this boat was ideal for us,cover provided from sun, cool box,seemed well maintained. The group had a throughly enjoyable day.The captain provided was excellent competent and safe .he found a safe area for my son who was nervous to swim from boat. Was very skilled when wind picked up on way home.
This was not the „experience of my life”. The boat is too small and too słow for such a trip. With no wind protection we were splashed with water all the time which make the trip very difficult and not enjoyable. Additionally midway the suncover broke so we were exposed to sun (with small kids) for almost 4 hours. The boat pick up very badly organised. They tell everyone to come at the same time and therefore there was a Queue of frustrated people staring in full sun. I stared the trip 40 min after agreed time and was not the last one. Our skipper was very silent. Not talsking if not asked. I was missing information about the region, some facts, histroty, anegdotes ets. The good thing was the restaurant which he recommended and booked for us. Very nice place! Overall I recomend taking larger boat with wind cover and take shorter route (we took Sorrento-Positano-Capri).
Paco made our day visiting Capri perfect. We stopped at all the amazing spots around the island, spent some time snorkeling, and dropped us off on the island for some lunch and time to explore. I highly recommend this boat experience.
