We had a great one day sailing near Gibraltar. Nice marina, a bit narrow which made docking slightly challenging but absolutely manageable. Light traffic, so exit and entrance was clear and smooth. Be careful at strong winds, though. Gibraltar proximity benefits to real sailing as we've had solid 8-10 knots wind throughout a day.

Excellent place for sailing, we went over to Gibraltar which was great, high winds but very beautiful. There’s some fantastic restaurants in sotogrande to start the day as well as good coffee places. Then after sailing over to Gib, you can stop and have some traditional English food which is strange but good.
