DO NOT BOOK THIS BOAT. The pictures aren’t a true reflection!!!!!!! We arrived at the boat in Supetar, Croatia on the 18th of August, 2023, on time at 1.30pm. However, when we arrived, we were informed that there had been a flood in one of the bathrooms, resulting in two of the bedrooms being flooded. We saw the carpets and pillows from the bedrooms on the front deck drying. To give the crew time to solve the issues, we took a walk and had a drink. When we returned, the problems were still not fully resolved, and I expressed my concern regarding bringing children and a baby onboard if the boat was not in a suitable condition. The host promised me the problem would be solved, so I decided to give them a chance. We finally set off for our first port of call. Although the boat seemed ok, there was a smell of sewage which the staff had attempted to cover it up with air freshener. Furthermore, the rooms were still damp. That night, one of my children went upstairs to get a bottle of water, only to find the chef asleep on the sofa in the saloon, which was very unsettling. The second day we spent in a bay. We were unhappy with the behavior of the staff; they had washed their clothes and hung them up to dry on the front of the boat, and were using guests' rooms to wash and use the toilet. Additionally, in my daughter's room, the lights didn't work. We went to Trogir for the night, but when we returned, the kids' rooms were still damp and the sewage smell was strong. At this point, I decided that the boat wasn't suitable for us in any way. The next morning, we told the crew in person and the owner via WhatsApp that we were going to leave the boat in Split, which was our next port of call. This boat, which clearly has major problems, ruined our family summer holiday. I spoke to the owner in person in Split, but he were unwilling to provide any form of compensation. In total, we stayed on the boat for two days, despite having booked it for eight days. Despite giving the crew every opportunity to resolve the issues, I had to spend thousands of Euros on hotels and transport since leaving the boat. 100% DO NOT BOOK THIS BOAT!!!
