We really enjoyed our charter. As a whole the process was easy and we were kindly picked up in Tivat at our available start time. Only two complaints: there is quite a large extra fee of a minimum 450EUR for fuel + clean, and secondly our skipper was cruising at 9 knots all day - this is well below the boats cruising speed of 16 knots and meant we did not get on the plane all day - a slight disappointment. It also meant that we spent a lot of our time moving very slowly between destinations we wanted to visit, rather than having time to enjoy them once there. I am sure the speed cap is there to save the owner on fuel - this feels a bit of a scam when we paid 300EUR for about 30 nautical miles of cruising (at 9kn). Other than these points it was a great day.
