Yacht charter in Tonnarella · Bavaria Yachtbau — Bavaria Cruiser 51 (2015)

FRAUD WARNING I chartered a Bavaria 51 Cruiser yacht from them from September 23 to 30 from Marina di Portorosa and I was scammed by them several times. 1. First of all, I received a different yacht than the one I rented. We agreed on the "Aura 7" yacht, photos of which were posted on the Clic&Boat website, and I was given the "Six" yacht of a lower standard. 2. The yacht's freshwater pump was damaged. It did not turn off when the taps were closed. I reported the failure to the shipowner before departure, but he did not send service. We had to manually turn the pump on and off throughout the entire cruise. In addition, after the cruise, the shipowner took away 400 Euro from our deposit "for damage to the pump". 3. Apart from the damaged pump, there was no gangway, Wi-Fi, free gennaker and weather vane on the yacht, and you asked us to pay for the final cleaning, which was not included in the offer. 4. There was no course autopilot on the yacht (it was only relative to the wind), there was no echosounder display, the dinghy had a detached keel, and the bimini was leaking in many places. 5. The clutch was also out of adjustment. 6. The deposit insurance was different than in the contract and it was not EUR 500 but EUR 1,000.
