Satisfied with the boat, however major dispute with the rental company who charged my credit card beyond the signed agreement, following the replacement of a broken part. This incorrect financial practice seriously tarnishes the image of this professional, who had given me satisfaction until then. Hence the low rating given to communication. Also note the "nebula" which surrounds the commercial relationship: a "broker" based in Belgium 'Sail Aegean Europe Sprl', an owner of the boat based in Volos 'Sail Aegean MCPY', and the credit card is taken by a third structure unknown to the contract named "Istioplia Egeou Nepa".
