Fantastic port, I believe it to be a natural creek. The port is equipped with a supermarket where to buy food and drinks prior to the boat trip. The location, is a start point for a lot of places where to go. The whole east cost, form north to south and down to the national park island of Cabrera is there to be discovered.
Eat at Port Petit. You will not be disappointed. Boating up and down the coast is excellent - small coves nice beaches. The town is low rise and easy to get around. The marina is well developed and has plenty of good shops adn restaurants. A great location for a vacation.
Definitely rent a boat from Paulina! I was afraid to do it because we had no boating experience but it was awesome! We visited all the calls and swam for a half day. Paulina was very helpful in getting us set up and the price was so reasonable! We were going to rent a boat with a skipper and it was so unnecessary. This really proves everything we needed and we did it on our own schedule.
The marina is great lovely restaurants and bars would recommend La Scala Italian restaurant beautiful food and great wine selection and Porto cari is also a lovely restaurant with great service. However the surrounding area not less impressive. Beaches are lovely but small so incredibly cramped. Boating around Mallorca is stunning there are many beautiful spots to stop and snorkel
We had a wonderful 1/2 day trip out on one of Mundi's boats. Everything was smooth and easy, excellent communication and our skipper (Laurice) was very friendly and made sure we were all enjoying ourselves, from our youngest 2 year old to the 76 year old grandfather on the boat. We would definitely recommend, thank you! Only reason I scored 4 not 5 for comfort on board is that we were 11 people + 1 skipper and it was slightly cramped/tricky to move about, but we got the hang of it after the first stop anyway.
