Olbia is more a meeting point and access to the airport. The good points to visit are near, in the north coast. Having a rented car you will be free to choose good places to stay not so expensive as those nearby the beaches; its a smart option because you can visit different beaches.

Visit Porto Cervo, Rituals club and definitely rent a boat to see all the beautiful places. Cristal clear waters, caves and the sun during the period of the first weekends of June are perfect. Only the water during this period is still very cold. Don't go during high season if you don't like vacations that are over crowded.

Not the greatest city but very close to amazing beaches. We rented a boat from Olbia and in three days traveled around. I would definitely recommend a trip in Sardinia and Olbia is a good place to start. The airport is only 3 minutes away from the Marina by car.

We had an incredible day out on the boat with Marco. He was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating! He has to be the most experienced captain in all of Sardinia. The tour of Tavolara and the surrounding area was the highlight of our stay in Italy.

Massimo and Ilaria, the captain and steward were very profesional, polite and kind, they far exceeded our expectation !
