Sorrento is an ideal spot for renting even if you're on Capril. It's a short 30 mn ride to the island from Sorrento as well as other Almafi coast spots (Conca del Sogno restaurant with boat mooring and launch service just 20mns from Sorrento by boat but reserve ahead of time)

Sorrento is a beautiful city and centrally located to around the Amalfi Coast and to Capri with ease.

Mamma mia! We had the most amazing magical day with our skipper Michelangelo. From the initial conversations, nothing was too hard. Michelangelo’s knowledge and respect
made us feel comfortable. Our tour of Sorrento, Positano, Capri and Marina Poulo will be a highlight and memorable for many years to come. We will highly recommend Alessandro’s boat and skipper Micelangelo.

Excellent boat and service. We went without a skipper as we have a licence, but everything was made very simple.
Michelangelo was fantastic, very well informed and helpful. He cares a lot about the boat and looks after it well.

I did a fair amount of research before our family trip to Italy and France. While in Sorrento we wanted to reserve a boat to Capri for the day. We found Fabio and he was amazing from my initial inquiry through the conclusion of our day with him. His responsiveness and communication is excellent. He responded to every one of my questions quickly and thoroughly. We were fortunate enough to have Fabio captain our boat on the day of our trip and he was great, offering a lot of good suggestions, arranging lunch in Capri, and accommodating all of our needs. I would highly recommend and the next time we're on the Amalfi Coast we will connect with him again.
