Boat holidays in Naples: where to go?

There are really many things to do in Naples. First of all we recommend visiting the city center. Go to Piazza del Plebiscito, visit the characteristic Quartieri Spagnoli and Spaccanapoli. Then take the funicular and go up to Vomero, one of the most beautiful residential neighborhoods in Naples, from which you can admire the city from above. Take the funicular again and go down to the seafront, where you can enjoy an excellent pizza in one of the restaurants overlooking the sea, the atmosphere will be fantastic.

Other tourist attractions that you cannot miss are: The Duomo, Underground Naples, Palazzo Mannajuolo, the Royal Palace and the Capodimonte Museum.

Furthermore, the city of Naples is undoubtedly the ideal port of call for organizing a sailing tour and sailing towards the other leading destinations in the area. You can reach:

Capri - Located just 17 nautical miles from Naples, it is one of the top destinations in the area. Famous both for its social life and for its many-photographed sea stacks, the island of Capri is the ideal destination for an exclusive and classy break.

Ponza - 59 nautical miles of navigation and the archipelago of the Pontine Islands (or Ponziane) will await you in all its wonder. Take advantage of a splendid sailing boat crossing to moor on the island of Ponza: the spectacle is guaranteed!

Napoli is a big town and not the cheapest, but there's a reason it's so popular: access to some of the best parts of coastal Italy.

Naples is a little bit rough, but Capri, Positano, Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast are absolutely beautiful to cruise and anchor at.
