I recently rented this yacht, but unfortunately, I was deceived by the rental company. At the last minute, they provided me with a different yacht from the one advertised, which was old and did not meet the value for which I paid. However, I must say that the staff was incredibly kind, communicative, and welcoming. Despite the disappointment with the yacht, the friendly and accommodating personnel made the experience enjoyable.
Dear victor. The yacht was changed NOT in last minute. After we got payment I have wrote you through WhatsApp and told about another yatch .. so you asked for photos and then after you got photos for next day we made deal where to meet .you accepted for traveling new yatch . If you would not accept we would cancel your booking. Because of we have talked same day after your booking . The yatch you have sailed was bigger then you have. So please next time honest review would be more helpful for next yatch rental. Beside yatch , please would be nicer which is you got extra service for free. Like Turkish desert baklava, nuts and traveling more place.. thank you l..
