Communication with Guillem was excellent. He answered my many questions promptly and politely. The skipper he hired was also super kind and helpful. Together we covered a lot of Mallorca's most famous cala's. Entire experience was smooth from finding the office location, to paying the skipper and gas. The boat has a cooler and fresh water hose you can use. Highly recommend working with Guillem and will hire his boats again.

Fantastic boat in great condition. We had a brilliant day exploring the coast and anchoring and swimming in the coves. Really easy to rent and helpful staff. Thoroughly recommend this experience.

Fast response times combined with a friendly and helpful boat owner and staff. The boat was very clean and overall in a good condition. The electric built-in anchor needed some maintenance but the staff explained in detail how to use the surrogate anchor. In general, the introduction of the boat was professional and helpful, much appreciated. In addition to that, bookable extras such as a wakeboard or donut enhance the fun on the water. In my opinion a good value-for-money ratio, too!

We really enjoyed this boat. Plenty of room for 6 in transit or anchored. Trim adjustment on the go would have been better but, this setup seems the norm for charter boats. Otherwise, highly recommended and Guillem is a fantastic owner who communicated excellently throughout. As a sub-comment: we re-fuelled at the gas station to full, it wasnt full. Possibly air in the tank so ended up with two trips. Just something to be aware of when filling up on return; a note on the gas station, rather than the boat.

Everything was great: very nice team, good instructions, nice spacious boat. The only downside: one door didn't close properly and rattled when there were waves. Otherwise we had a great day and will book with Guillem again on our next vacation :)

Everything as described. Very helpful staff. We could even have postponed it due to the weather (rain), which was not necessary due to the rapid improvement in the weather. The boat rental rather expensive. All in all, a successful day. Everything perfect!

Hello, we were on the boat all day today, it was great fun Unfortunately, the waves were very strong, so we couldn't get the boat out properly Otherwise everything was great, by that I mean comfort on board The boss and the crew from the rental were very friendly, nice and helpful, and the whole process was pretty uncomplicated I can well imagine booking the boat again when I'm on the island next year

The ship, Guillem and the company D’Or Boats great !!! There is a problem with Click&Boat and that is that when requesting the extras at the time of booking, they do not reach the owner. In our case, we requested the reservation with the extra “with skipper” and this request did not reach the owner, so when arriving at the port there was no skipper available. We were still lucky that no one from the group has the license and was able to take the boat. Otherwise the problem would have been more serious. I repeat this is a bug in the web / app of Click&Boat; NOT FROM THE COMPANY D’or Boats, who on the contrary, looked for a solution for us and Guillem was able to organize to accompany us in the morning. He was very kind and considerate. He was with us in the morning showing us everything we asked for. In addition, the boat is very clean, comfortable and with everything you need. Super happy with them. Definitely recommended D’Or Boats. We will repeat !!
