We originally booked a small boat and were upgraded for free for our comfort. The team is super nice and there to answer all our questions. The day we booked, when we arrived it was raining, the team offered us to wait 30 minutes and come back 30 minutes later or to move to tomorrow. Which we really appreciated. I recommend ++++
