Luca was wonderful. From start to finish the process was easy and fair. He went over the everything on how to operate the boat and even dropped us off via boat at a pier close to our hotel after the trip was over. 5 stars across the board
The BEST experience with Luca and the Malibu Wakesetter!! I highly recommend Luca - he was easy to communicate with and extremely accommodating, friendly, took us to see some of the Lake Como highlights and ensured we had a lovely experience out on the lake (not to mention that he cracks some pretty good jokes as well)! His boat is extremely clean, well-kept and very comfortable for 7-8 people! We will definitely book with Luca again when we are back in Como! Highly recommend!!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience renting from Luca. The boat was very clean and comfortable and exactly as pictured. Luca's responsiveness, communication and flexibility with us was excellent every step of the way. He went out of his way to be present in person to help resolve a minor hiccup we had, and even drove all the way to our vacation villa the day we picked up the boat to bring us an iphone adaptor for the stereo. Luca was an absolute pleasure to work with in every respect and we very much hope to rent this boat from him again the next time we are in Lake Como!
Great boat with huge acceleration : it's a lake boat so it not as stable as a sea boat. Don't be afraid of the 1000€ in caution (can be frightening, it's simply the italian way). We got all our caution back. Thanks a lot Lucca
