During our day trip on the boat, we had a wonderful time thanks to the professional skipper who ensured a constant sense of safety and comfort. The beauty of the day was enhanced by his expertise, making the experience unforgettable.
Unfortunately this is the 2nd time the hired boat has been changed on 2 separate bookings, 1st time bit disappointed but was OK as the replacement boat was sufficient and received partial refund as there was a difference in the vessels, however 2nd booking (this one) boat changed again was assured it was exactly the same but when boarding noticed it was not and received no money back.
We went out of the white Heaven yesterday for our Xmas day. Edel the Captain was great nothing was too much. Mirna organised everything and was great at coming back to you and confirming everything. We had a great day, saw whales and turtles and had a lovely lunch and fed the fish. We thoroughly enjoyed our time!!
