Always involve the hostess in the purchasing of food otherwise you will end up with too much left and wasted, also they will cook better with purchases that they have made.
Captains have great advise on eating in restaurants when on islands if you want a truly authentic experience.
Be reminded that Croatia still works with a lot of cash money so ensure that you have sufficient cash. The places that do accept card do not accept the gratuity on card so again cash is required here.

We had a superb charter experience, with very friendly and helpful staff involved, ie. initial contact/booking with Marija, to check-in at Marina Baotic (admin Marin) and technical handover as well as check-out.
One small issue: the starter battery of the starboard engine was depleted when checking engines during check-in, but was quickly/efficiently replaced (no waiting time)
