Mr Bertus is a Tjeukemeer Kruizer. A wide and spacious motor yacht, suitable for 6 people (including 2 children), equipped with a swimming platform. This boat is equipped with a heavy hot air heater and a strong bow thruster and stern thruster. In the cockpit there is a large L-shaped sofa so that you can sit outside with many people. If the weather is a bit less nice, there is also a LED TV with Digitenne on board. Mr. Bertus is a spacious and complete family ship with very good sailing characteristics! Pets are allowed on all our boats. You can sail this boat without a boating license. Dinghy including engine € €150, sailing lesson 3 hours €215 - The boat is equipped with: plates, cups and saucers, cutlery, pots and pans, almanac and sailing map (Friesland and the head of Overijssel). - The boat is not equipped with: pillows, duvets, pillowcases and fitted sheets. Please bring these yourself. Unless you have booked the bed linen package, then this is available. - All our ships are equipped with a TV with digitenne with the exception of Mr. André (reception is not always guaranteed) and converter so there is always 220V available, also on the André. - All our ships are fully comprehensively insured. The deposit (€500) is also the deductible and must be paid by PIN upon departure. We also accept credit cards but then an additional 3% will be charged on the deposit. The deposit cannot be bought off. - There are no chairs and tables on the boats for on the shore. Rental conditions: 1. In the event of a malfunction on the ship, you must inform us by telephone, we will help you if possible by telephone, or we will send a mechanic. 2. The anchor, which is on board, may not be used, only in case of emergency. 3. In the event of damage to the boat, caused by you or by third parties, you must inform us of this and you must note the details of the owner or renter of the other ship, (date, time and place) if the ship was damaged by third parties. 4. Damage caused by you to a ship other than the rented ship, you must report to us immediately and you must note the details of the owner or renter of the other ship (date, time and place). 5. If damage is subsequently discovered to the boat you rented, you will be held liable for this. 6. If you decide to cancel your holiday for any reason, the boat must be returned to our harbour and you must inform us of this. 7. You must arrange cancellation insurance yourself, if desired. 8. In the event of premature termination or cancellation of your holiday, you will not receive your deposit back under any circumstances, or in the case of point 7, you must arrange this with your insurance. 9. Upon return, the boat will be refuelled by you, and the diesel used will be charged. If you return the boat on a Sunday, the petrol station is closed. We will then refuel the boat for you the following Monday and deduct the fuel costs from the deposit. 10. If a mechanic is sent to you, there will be no costs for you, provided the reason is justified. If it turns out afterwards that you made a mistake or that a fault was caused by you, you must pay the costs of the mechanic. 11. In the event of loss or damage to goods that are on board at the start of the voyage, you will have to pay compensation. 12. We cannot be held liable for bodily injury, in any form whatsoever. 13. You do not collect the boat before the time stated on your booking confirmation/invoice. 14. You return the boat to us on time. If the renter returns the vessel later than agreed, the lessor is entitled to a proportional increase in the rental fee and compensation for the damage caused during the rental period. 15. The sailing area of the ships is Friesland and the head of Overijssel. The Turfroute is also permitted. Prohibited area is Markermeer, Wadden Sea, coastal waters and IJsselmeer (including Ymeer). 16. The boat must be returned in the same condition as it was given, i.e. clean and complete, otherwise a minimum of €50 cleaning costs will be charged. (decision to the lessor) In extreme cases this amount can be increased. 17. The boat is prohibited from entering Sneek and the Sneekermeer during the Sneekweek , if the boat is seen, you will lose the deposit! (Sneekweek is the first week of August) 18. Upon departure, you agree that a copy of your identity card will be made, which will be retained by the lessor. When making the copy, the passport photo and BSN may be obscured. SO DON'T FORGET TO BRING YOUR ID CARD WITH YOU! 19. If you are unable to continue your holiday due to circumstances, you are obliged to pay the rental sum if this is 30 days before the rental date. We therefore also recommend that you take out cancellation insurance. 20. If the tenant wishes to cancel the concluded rental agreement, he must inform the landlord of this in writing as soon as possible. In the event of cancellation, the tenant owes the landlord fixed compensation in the amount of: - 400 euros of the agreed rental sum in the event of cancellation up to 120 days before the start of the rental period; - 50% of the agreed rental sum in the event of cancellation up to 60 days before the start of the rental period; - 75% of the agreed rental sum in the event of cancellation up to 45 days before the start of the rental period; - 100% of the agreed rental amount in case of cancellation within 30 days before the start of the rental period or on the start date of the rental period. 21. In case of thunderstorms and strong winds, the lessor can oblige you not to sail.
