Hello everyone, I rent this Bavaria 36 from the port of Hendaye. This is a 2004 German-made sailboat in perfect condition. Comfortable and reassuring this sloop of 11 metres can accommodate up to 8 people on board. It has 2 double cabins as well as 2 extra beds in the saloon. It is ideal for an outing with family or friends. 2 private car parking spaces, located 20 meters from the dock, will be reserved for the duration of your stay. I just replaced the 3 batteries and the fairing with complete engine overhaul, has been done at the end of March by a professional. A new 2.7 m annex including suzuki engine will allow you to anchor near Spanish ports. During your excursion, you will be able to head for Arcachon via Saint-Jean-de-Luz and Capbreton. I advise you to rent the boat for 4 to 5 days minimum if you want to sail on the French coast. The Spanish coast is also very beautiful and over 2 to 3 days of sailing, you can discover beautiful landscapes by joining Pasaia and San Sebastian. In addition, life at the port of Hendaye is really nice, beautiful beach at 200 meters, with surf spots, market, restaurants, bars, casino in a relaxed family atmosphere. The location of the boat on the pontoon is far from the dock ... plenty of peace! If you feel like it, you can take the boat shuttle and change the atmosphere by enjoying tapas in Hondarribia ... 3 minutes 2 euros crossing, change of scenery guaranteed! The ship is very good The owner an exceptional treatment
Communication with Jean Robert was very fluid despite our little difficulty with the language. As he had the free ship, he offered us access to the ship some time in advance, which made our navigation program much better and we were very grateful. Upon arrival, he received us with all kinds of explanations and we even went around to get acquainted with the ship and the departure from the port. The boat was well maintained, everything worked properly and was very clean. To put a catch on the boat, we found that the wheel of the rudder was a bit too big and made it uncomfortable to move from behind the rudder to the rest of the bathtub. It is very possible that it is as standard in this model, but somewhat older people who accompanied me made this movement difficult.

Jean-Robert is anxious to offer quality services and he succeeds! The boat is well maintained and very pleasant to steer. It is well equipped for both navigation and pontoon (TV, barbecue ...). The water is beautiful day and night and the many small Spanish ports that dot the navigation area embellish the cruise. We will definitely come back because we still have a lot to discover.
