Hosting kind, helpful and very present. We rented this nice 45 footer for a long weekend (Thursday-Sunday). Very comfortable cruise boat with large spaces, stability and almost perfect mechanical functionality. We certainly hope to return soon.
All perfect!
Some people will say that it is necessary to rent the sailboat with a skipper, but the reality is that Moises simply makes sure that you have done the basic practices in your sailing school and that he rents his boat with a minimum knowledge. We rented the sailboat for 5 days and he did not give us any problems, during his more than attentive welcome he has enough time to know if he is talking to someone who has never rented before or someone who has a minimum notion. In any case, our experience was fabulous, we felt permanently attended to by Moises, who from before check-in was concerned that everything was in order. The ideal sailboat for the functions that he rents and to spend a few days sailing quietly and enjoying the coasts of Ibiza and Formentera.
Moses is a fantastic boss. He made it very easy for us from the first moment. The boat perfectly met our expectations, and even exceeded them. Both he and Álex have been wonderful hosts. Meeting people like that is a pleasure. In addition, the boat was in perfect maintenance and cleaning condition, which is appreciated.
Professional, responsible with what you rent. Some condition deficiency, but minimal. Very complete boat for charter. Very nice Moses! Responsible with the boat, cordial, friendly. To repeat without a doubt!
Excellent navigation on a well-maintained and quality boat. The sails are quite old; we had a few holes in the genoa but this did not hinder navigation. The owner is very available and answers all questions before and during navigation. We feel that he cares about the safety of his boat, we even received alert messages the first few days as soon as we passed near dangerous places, the owner followed the location of the boat from a distance. It can be a little invasive if you're looking for a disconnect, but once the first few days have passed, confidence is established. Be careful on the busy weeks of August there is a risk of boarding at anchor because the port is sometimes full, it can complicate the installation of shopping etc.
You cannot sell a comfort package for 8 with 6 beds A living room with small sliding leather cushions without sheets or pillows cannot be counted as a bed. Hellish heat and smell in the rooms at night. (I don't know if it's common) You cannot skimp on travel from the first day to the last when you see that it is not a problem for the rest of the sailboats (that basically we have been sailing for 2 hours...) You should not charge in advance and with such demands if you do not measure up later It seems like a luxury price for mediocre service and the fault is not entirely with the owner who is making his way of life. The agency must better communicate the deficiencies and problems of spending only 3 days on a boat. If we go for a week we will tear our hair out. A 220v connection was requested to be able to sleep one person and once there there was none. The rest of Puta madre, especially the company and the beaches+garitos ? ************************************************** ************************************************** ************************************************** ** OWNER'S RESPONSE: Hello Eduardo, first of all, I thank you for your evaluation of my boat. He went on to remind you of some important details that you don't mention... First of all, I remind you of the constant communication we have had, your questions about Ibiza where to go, which is the best, to which I have always responded briefly. You asked me for a special contract given the coincidence of the date of your reservation with the elections in Spain and thus be able to justify a call from some of the “trupulants” to a polling station. I made a contract adapted for you. You arrived at the boat and found your supermarket purchases placed in the refrigerator and stowed...I did it because I knew you had a reserved table at Besos Chiringuito and you didn't arrive on time. The skipper is empty to satisfy you by anchoring four times a day in the different coves of Ibiza or beaches of Formentera. The last day you left at 3pm in the San Antonio area there was a strong north wind and gusts of 25 knots, you couldn't leave. By the way, the money for the employer's cost that day, €190, was refunded to you. Regarding the heat, it is true, but it is understandable that no one is to blame for these infernal heat waves that we are all experiencing. You should spend more money and rent a larger boat with its own generator and can have air conditioning… I think your comment was already clear to you before coming to Ibiza on this boat or another…. Otherwise everything is great, a big hug and we are here to always do better. ?
had 5 great days around Ibiza/ Formentera; our skipper Alexandro did a great job and responded to all requests! Communication with the owner Moises was quick and easy; The only small flaw in the process was that the website undercharged 1 day skipper (€190), which we understandably had to pay at the port; Small fans in the berths would be desirable, as they are often installed on such boats...it was incredibly hot at night - but it's your own fault if you're sailing on the Mediterranean in July ;)
The boat is very good and I recommend it 100% if the idea is to rent it with a skipper. The quality/price ratio is also very good. The cleanliness could be somewhat improved, we had to wash the dishes before using them as they were wet. The bow toilet did not work properly (but there were 2 others and a shower, we had plenty). If the idea is to rent it without a skipper, the owner will insist much more than he should that a skipper be hired, even before meeting the user and doing the sea trial. This makes the experience quite unpleasant. We had to hire a skipper at the last minute as we needed one, but if we hadn't needed one, I think we would have had problems with the owner.
Moises was always available, from the moment the boat was booked until its delivery, which gave us maximum peace of mind. Thanks to your boat we have spent some wonderful days enjoying the waters of Ibiza and Formentera.
Hello We have spent a few days at DREAMS and our experience has been complete. The boat is impressive, it is very well cared for and, above all, Moises has been very careful that everything was fine for us....we will repeat!!!
