Each island that composes it is unique in its kind, with unrepeatable naturalistic, landscape and cultural aspects. The Archipelago is made up of its 7 main islands, Elba, Giglio, Capraia, Gorgona, Pianosa, Montecristo and some smaller islets. All the islands are part of the Pelagos Sanctuary for marine mammals that often accompany our navigations. On board Italica II you can visit the 4 major islands and various islets, with the exception of the three forbidden islands, namely Gorgona, Pianosa and Montecristo. Given the vastness of the possible itineraries, consider this as a simple general guide that the Skipper will be able to manage in the best possible way, indulging your wishes as much as possible based on the time and weather. ISLAND OF ELBA: with its 147 km of coastline, it is the most important island of the Tuscan archipelago and offers many beaches and coves, all different in type and colour. Villas and fortifications will take you back in time, as will the characteristic streets that the towns of the island have maintained over the years. ISLAND OF CAPRAIA: with its exclusive coves surrounded by rocky and sandy bottoms, its many inlets and its crystal clear waters, it is a wild island and suitable for excursions. GIGLIO ISLAND: Rich in aquatic fauna and flourishing windswept Mediterranean vegetation, but also in picturesque ports, medieval villages and ancient towers, Giglio Island is the ideal location for adventurous explorations, without giving up relaxation. ISLAND OF GIANNUTRI: The southernmost island of the Archipelago is a small paradise on 500 meters wide x 5 km long, forming a half moon in the middle of the sea. A small paradise where man and nature coexist in perfect harmony. ----- I am renting my Italica II born from the happy union between the Bénéteau shipyard, world leader in the production of cruising sailboats and Groupe Finot, an established and long-experienced naval designer.
