Unfortunately, the aging boat did not create the desired feel-good factor. The seat cushions were not comfortable to sit on and, like the mattresses, had stains. The table was much too low so that you could not eat properly at it. The interior smelled of diesel and exhaust fumes, which got worse during the trip. The "bathroom" does not deserve the name and is completely different to what is shown on the floor plan of the boat. Some of the instruments on the dashboard were not working and/or inaccurate. For the time of year (mid-October), when temperatures can reach +4 degrees C at night, the diesel heating installed on board is overwhelmed. The berths in the bow and stern did not get warm and moisture dripped from the ceiling. We paid for insurance for €180 via Click&Boat and had to pay another €85 for fully comprehensive insurance on site. In retrospect, it is difficult to understand why we paid €180 at Click&Boat? We assumed that we had everything covered with the €180??? It's a good thing that the weather was great during the week we were on the boat... otherwise the holiday on the boat would have been unbearable.

- nice reception, but no skipper trainer was available (apparently not booked). Then had to wait 2 hours at the harbor until we got going - technical instructions were a joke. Only minimal functions explained. When we had technical problems on the first day, the response was not service-oriented - ship was OK, but unfortunately the displays didn't work and some of the equipment was broken. But nobody seems to care - location is perfect as a starting point for exploring Friesland
