Danai is a 44 Bavaria Yacht build in 2004 and perfectly maintained.She has 4 cabins and two toilets and can accommodate 10 people(we suggest 8 people for more personal space). ***new sails 2021*** ***new bowthruster 2021*** ***new diesel heater 2022*** In the price we include dinghy,snorkeling equipment, bed linen,bath towels, extra gas bottle. The yacht is located in the port of Kavala but you can rent it from another ports with a small extra charge. (such as Porto Koufo-Halkidiki). Our aera is perfect for family vacations as there are really mild weather conditions. You can visit the beautiful undiscovered Greece with the crystal waters and the perfect for sailing weather. We recommend: -7 days or more in the beautiful and dreamy Halkidiki (Kassandra,Sithonia,Athos Mount) -7 days in Samothrace,Thassos,Limnos. -14 days in North Aegean Islands-Sporades. Everything was perfect. The boat was in a very well maintenance, and everything works out properly. Danais was on duty any time, and Skipper (Antony) had great experience, and he was really kind with all of my family (2 kids in a very first time on sailing boat). Hope to do it again soon!
I had a quiet vacation. The sailboat was equipped with new sails and even if I didn't do many miles on the wind, those few days when I sailed were beautiful. The team that owns the sailboat was communicative and everything was very good.
A beautiful two weeks in the North Aegean sea on a reliable and comfortable boat. Pleasant and helpful owners.
it's quite some time since our trip in autumn 19 but I feel really guilty to make a review, as it was perfect! We were very lucky to get 2 boats for 2 weeks – everything was very uncomplicated and fast. We could ask anything at any time and got help whenever we needed it, also a lot of personal recommendations where to go (beaches, restaurants, archaeological sites etc.) Theodoros and his daughter Danai are very lovely and reliable people – they make a very good and powerful team ;) communication – already in advance – was very easy, too. Would recommend to anyone and love to go there again. Kavala is not just a very beautiful city but also a good starting point – went around Thasos and to Chalkidiki and back – just gorgeous!

We had a very good experience renting from Theodoros and would definitely recommend chartering from him, and would unhesitatingly charter from him again. Theodoros is an extremely experience sailor who has chartered boats for many years. The communication and welcome were perfect, and Theodoros went out of his way to make our trip as positive as possible. We had a few small problems with the boat that are failry normal for boats of this age, and they were resolved quickly and easily after a short discussion. If you want a brand new boat then this is probably not the boat to charter, but if you are happy with a slighlty older but well maintained boat, operated by a very small family-run business, then I would hightly recommend chartering from Theodoros. We will definitely charter from him in future if he has boats availalbe when we need them. Overall one of the best chartering experiences we have had in Greece.
Regarding comfort: I sailed on a Bavaria 44 for the first time, the bathrooms are rather narrow. The boat is clean, well maintained, easy to sail and fast with the motor. Danai was always
Theo is a very good skipper who is very familiar with the ship and the area. He also knows the history of the Greeks, Athenians etc. and can also convey them well in German and English. We had a lot of fun the 3 days and will happily repeat that. Dietrich Endres
